who speaks fluent English and lives nearby.

 Services included in the price : 

fresh  bath/bed linen and  kitchen clothes once a  week , final cleaning, cooking gas, energy, water , essentials for cooking.

Water  sports, snorkeling at Tremiti Islands.

This is a wonderful area for walking and mountain biking.
